FAQ

Creating a listing is simple. Register or log in to your Resilient AutoMarket account, click "Post a Vehicle", complete the vehicle details form, upload clear photos, set your asking price, and publish your listing. Your vehicle will become visible to potential buyers once it has been successfully submitted and approved (if moderation applies).

Your listing should include the vehicle make, model, year, mileage, transmission type, fuel type, engine size, condition, color, service history, accident history (if any), price, location, and clear photographs. Accurate information helps buyers make informed decisions.

Research similar vehicles currently listed in your area, consider your vehicle's age, mileage, condition, service history, and optional features. Pricing your vehicle competitively increases your chances of a quicker sale.

Yes. We encourage sellers to upload multiple high-quality photos showing the exterior, interior, engine, dashboard, wheels, and any special features. Listings with more photos generally receive more views and buyer inquiries.

Use high-quality photos from multiple angles, provide a detailed and honest description, include accurate vehicle specifications, set a competitive price, and keep your listing updated. You can also upgrade to a featured listing for increased exposure.

To complete a vehicle sale, you should have the vehicle registration certificate, proof of ownership, a valid identification document, service history (if available), roadworthy certificate (where applicable), and any finance clearance documents if the vehicle was previously financed.

Always communicate through trusted channels, verify payment before handing over the vehicle, and never share sensitive personal or banking information unnecessarily. Avoid deals that seem too good to be true and be cautious of buyers or sellers requesting unusual payment methods.

Before allowing a test drive, verify the buyer's identity and ensure they have a valid driver's license. Meet in a safe public location whenever possible, and accompany the buyer during the test drive. Buyers should also inspect the vehicle thoroughly or have it checked by a trusted mechanic before making a purchase.
